Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers for immediate starts or September 2025 positions across East London (including Tower Hamlets, Newham, Waltham Forest, Hackney, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham, and Havering).
These full-time roles are perfect for qualified teachers who are committed to making a difference in special educational needs (SEN) settings, including mainstream schools with SEN provisions and specialist schools.
The Role:
Plan and deliver tailored, inclusive lessons to support pupils with SEN, including autism (ASD), ADHD, MLD, SLD, and SEMH needs.
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to create individualised learning plans.
Foster a nurturing and structured environment where all students can thrive.
Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs, ensuring progress and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – must be eligible to teach in the UK.
✅ Experience or a strong interest in SEND education (ECTs with relevant placements/training are welcome!).
✅ Patience, resilience, and creativity to engage learners with additional needs.
✅ A proactive and compassionate approach – you’ll be a vital role model for your students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
