Salesforce Technical Lead – 6 Month Contract
Location: Wokingham or Warwick (2–3 days onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to guide teams while translating business needs into robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development
* Hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
* Deliver solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
* Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g. MuleSoft)
* Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of solutions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions
* Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance across delivery teams
* Support Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
Key Skills & Experience:
* 8+ years Salesforce development experience
* Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce architecture
* Proven experience across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
* Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and data modelling
* Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control (Git)
* Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Desirable:
* Experience in solution architecture and large-scale implementations
* Advanced knowledge of LWC design patterns and Experience Cloud
