With a turnover in excess of £50 million and package values reaching up to £2 million, their services include floor finishes, preparation & screed, under floor heating, furniture lift and maintenance. Our client is currently seeking to recruit an Architectural Technician to join their team in Essex to work on flooring packages valuing reaching up to £2 million. As the Architectural Technician you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and building models, ensuring that designs are practical, regulation-compliant, and ready for construction. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: * organise technical data collected from the project team * develop specifications for building work * create construction plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software * prepare feasibility studies, and applications for approval by regulatory bodies * give technical advice to the project team * visit sites to check on progress
