We’re looking for an exceptionally organised and detail-driven Production & QC Assistant to join our growing team in Shoreditch. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Atelier and Production teams, helping to deliver our made‑to‑order bridal and eveningwear to the highest standards.
What you’ll do:
* Support the daily running of production across bridal and eveningwear (DTC & wholesale)
* Manage QC for all made-to-order pieces, ensuring impeccable standards
* Book in raw materials and update production systems and critical paths
* Help coordinate fittings, alterations, and client collections
* Assist with packing, shipping, and courier bookings
* Maintain studio organisation — from fabric swatches to sample management
* Liaise with our suppliers to keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
* 1+ years’ experience in a fashion or production/supply chain role
* Exceptionally organised, detail-focused, and proactive
* Confident communicator and natural team player
* Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Zedonk experience is a plus (but not essential!)
