We have secured several long-term frameworks through successful project and programme wins, with increasing client satisfaction. We are currently seeking to hire a key strategic Director in our UK Infrastructure business.
This role involves leading the growth of our client relationships within the Yorkshire and Northeast regions and supporting our national initiatives. It requires flexibility to be mobile across the UK.
You should be commercially minded, motivated to develop relationships, and experienced in leading the delivery of commissions at strategic levels with clients.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership of diverse teams across sectors such as rail, aviation, utilities, power, highways, and local authorities.
* Background in one of Turner & Townsend’s key service lines: Cost Management, Project Management, or Project Controls; or an engineering background with capital programme delivery experience.
* Experience leading major programmes and projects from business case to benefits realization.
* Experience managing and leading teams.
* Working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
* Experience in business development activities, including bidding, networking, pursuit planning, and client engagement.
* Ability to develop and grow client relationships at all organizational levels.
* Desirable: procurement, asset management, or advisory experience related to programme setup or performance improvement.
* Experience serving on client and internal boards, setting strategies, and delivering growth through resourcing and strategic planning.
