About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning across a range of subjects. Your focus will be on delivering targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, assisting with lesson planning and delivery, and helping to maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children’s educational journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups both inside and outside the classroom
* Help foster a positive classroom atmosphere and support behaviour management
* Assist with the emotional and pastoral care of students
* Prepare learning materials and track pupil progress
* Deliver specific interventions for pupils with additional needs
* Communicate clearly and regularly with teachers, parents, and other staff members

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
