We are looking for an experienced chef to join our kitchen as Chef de Partie.
We serve Great Pub Food and we ARE BUILDING UPON IT You will need to enjoy the buzz of a kitchen whilst producing great food and supporting the kitchen team.
Responsibilities
* Assist with maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen
* Manage and rotate your stock
* Oversee the running of your own section
* Ensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained

* You are creative and will help with the specials board
* You know our customers come first
* You love to help others learn and assist our younger members with NVQ's
* You may have worked for the big pub co's and understand how important consistency is - but you also have experience in non-branded independents so understand identity
* You love to develop some new ideas and get ahead of market trends
* You know your SFBB and COSHH
* You have a current food hygiene certificate
