The role of the Capital Division is to provide a comprehensive range of support services to allow the delivery of all of the Board's capital investment activities.

The post holder will work within broad occupational policies and form part of an integrated team within the Capital and Estates Directorate.

The post holder will assist the Responsible Officer in the delivery of Phase 3, Prince Charles Hospital (PCH) Ground and first floor project leading on the capital planning process and delivery of all outcomes of investments to ensure that capital assets are procured and service improvements delivered which are critical to Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB).
