The Dorset endoscopy, academy fellowship has been designed to enable trainees to develop their medical, gastroenterology and endoscopy skills further while also supporting those in gastroenterology training posts to access immersion endoscopy training opportunities. This role will enable the successful candidate to access opportunities across all 4 hospitals in Dorset. Please see attached documents for more information.
* Inpatient general and medical work to free up local SPRs to attend endoscopy training
* Attend training endoscopy lists that are suitable to the appointed candidate, this may be basic diagnostic or complex therapeutics
* Supervised outpatient clinics
* Support JAG training courses
* Endoscopy audit and QIP project
