Within this role you will drive operational excellence and business growth by optimising end-to-end sales processes, ensuring accurate and efficient management of CRM systems, and delivering high-quality data and insights to support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Partner with commercial leadership to design and implement enablement initiatives and incentive programs that enhance productivity, align behaviours with strategic goals, and maximise sales team performance. Act as a central point of coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and enable data-driven decision-making that accelerates revenue growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and refine sales processes to improve productivity and reduce friction.
* Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and usability.
* Monitor sales metrics and produce performance dashboards.
* Support sales forecasting and pipeline reviews.
* Coordinate sales enablement tools and training.
* Collaborate cross-functionally on sales strategies, compensation, and lead management.
* Administer commission and incentive programs, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
YOU MUST HAVE:
* A business degree or equivalent business qualification degree or equivalent
* 3+ years' experience in commercial operations, with hands-on experience in sales operations, process optimisation, or CRM management and p in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce ) and reporting/analytics tools

* Strong skills in sales performance analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management.
* Experiencing in administering incentive programmes and processes.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams.
* Accuracy and attention to detail in incentive/commission administration
* Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
* Familiarity with automation tools for sales processes and reporting.
* Exposure to global sales operations and multi-currency reporting.
* Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
