As an Asset Coordinator based in Chesterfield you’ll be responsible for:
* Coordinating the fleet and assets across the business
* Raising purchase orders for suppliers, taking orders from the branches and arranging fleet to be delivered
* Coordinating the servicing of customers equipment and managing this locally in the system
* Obtaining quotes to purchase fleet and uploading this into the system.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* Strong administration skills
* To be IT literate and have experience using Microsoft Office 365, including Microsoft Excel
* Strong communication and coordination skills when liaising both internally and externally
* Experience in hire is desirable, not essential
