We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major 600‑unit residential development in Glasgow. The role involves full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, overseeing all operational, programme, commercial, and health & safety aspects.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this substantial development, overseeing all operational, programme, commercial, and health & safety aspects of the project. Working closely with senior leadership, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors, you will play a key role in driving quality, performance, and delivery throughout the lifecycle of the development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of a major 600‑unit residential development in Glasgow
* Manage project programme, budgets, quality, and operational performance
* Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary construction teams
* Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
* Build strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Identify and manage project risks and delivery challenges
* Drive programme efficiencies while maintaining exceptional build quality
* Provide leadership and mentoring across the wider project team
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience delivering large‑scale residential or mixed‑use developments
* Strong leadership and team management capability
* Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills
* Main contractor or residential developer background preferred
* Ability to manage complex projects from inception through to completion
* Relevant construction qualifications advantageous
