Role Overview
You will be the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be attentive to customer needs and will have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist customers effectively.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers, wishing them a fond farewell, ensuring a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, helping customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
* Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Adhere to all company policies and GDPR procedures.
