Key Responsibilities: Deliver efficient and accurate administrative support to IFAs, focusing on pensions and investment products. Maintain and update client records within our CRM system. Prepare client review packs, illustrations, valuations, and essential documentation. Process new business applications, ensuring compliance with service and quality standards. Manage fund switches, income requests, and pension withdrawals. Liaise with providers to expedite new business and keep clients informed throughout the process. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an IFA environment is essential. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with pensions (SIPPs, personal pensions, draw down).
