This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic CRM Marketing Executive to join our friendly team at Oak Furnitureland. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in our Swindon head office (Tuesday and Thursday) and 3 days from home. As the CRM Marketing Executive, you’ll have a passion for all things digital and the drive to build a career in the online and e-commerce space. You will be playing a key role in providing relevant and engaging content by briefing, creating, and sending out emails & other digital communications to our large customer base. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for delivering new and innovative ways to increase customer engagement, loyalty and retention. Key Responsibilities Creating, scheduling & sending out regular targeted emails to customers Become an expert in the 3rd party Email Solution Provider, Klaviyo, to support the day-to-day activity as required to support the wider business. To build a working relationship with both the Klaviyo and internal support teams to expedite development requests & daily issues Take ownership for the weekly & monthly CRM reports to the business including regular reporting and analysis, while identifying trends and campaign learnings to maximise email performance Accountable for the delivering a best-in-class approach to deliverability Essential Skills Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to be a credible, authentic, influential, engaging.member of the team Is an advocate for working collaboratively and collectively in pursuit of joint goals across multiple functions, bringing teams together at the right time to guarantee successful outcomes. You will be managing a variety of projects at a time so being extremely organised is essential with the ability to multi-task between projects. Minimum 1-2 years CRM/ESP experience in digital B2C businesses. Technical experience with ESP/CRM 3rd party platform suppliers. Enthusiasm, ability and energy to operate in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring high standards of work. Attention to detail is crucial in the position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High degree of initiative and an excellent team player. HTML knowledge for email creation is essential. Good understanding of Google Analytics. Experience working with responsive email designs.
