Job Responsibilities
As a Learning Support Assistant, your duties will include:
* Supporting pupils across the classroom and in small groups to meet individual learning needs
* Working closely with teachers to implement tailored strategies and interventions
* Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering independence among pupils
* Assisting in creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
* Helping with record-keeping, monitoring pupil progress, and liaising with parents/carers when necessary
Qualifications/Experience
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant, you will need:
* An Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
* The right to work in the UK
* Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable but not essential
* A passion for supporting children and helping them achieve their potential
