What are the pay and benefits? Time off and Flexibility Our Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Monmouthshire, with our office base for this role being Swansea. Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight. 26 days holiday, plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service (Pro Rata) Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks Paternity Leave: 3 weeks Money and Pensions The salary is £32,512 for a 40 hour full time permanent position Pension Choices: Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%. City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in Plumbing (or significant experience) Practical experience in plumbing, ideally in domestic settings Confidence working in people’s homes with a professional, courteous approach Willingness to support other trades (e.g., basic carpentry, plastering, brickwork) Flexible, positive attitude and strong commitment to health and safety Full UK driving licence Bonus if you’ve worked in social housing or used mobile working systems – but not essential.
