Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Sudbury
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of soft services facilities on a static contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management and maintenance of soft facilities on the site
2. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
3. Providing support to other departments as required
4. Managing contractors and external suppliers
5. Managing budgets and controlling costs
Qualifications and Experience:
6. Previous experience in a facilities management role
7. Strong knowledge of building services industry
8. Experience managing contractors and external suppliers
9. Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
10. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
