Package & Benefits
Location: Bristol
Salary: £40,000-£43,000 per year (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* General HVAC plant maintenance
* Maintenance/repairs/replacements of components/AHU Experience/Fan coil unit experience and all general A/C duties including all other duties including mechanical & plumbing on site.
* To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork ensuring they are completed and up to date.
* The callout rota is on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks).
Skills & Qualifications Required
Knowledge & Understanding
* We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of Air conditioning systems and over 5 years’ experience in similar HVAC/Maintenance Engineer type role.
* Knowledge and experience of all A/C Equipment including, but not limited to Air Handling Units and their associated controls, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler plant (excluding gas side pipe work and accessories) and BMS control systems.
* The Engineer will be working as part of a mobile team; our client is looking for someone who is flexible, works well as part of a team and is client focussed.
Qualifications
* Approved A/C Apprenticeship with minimum full A/C NVQ Level 2 qualifications AND F-Gas
