Requirements

* Highly competitive salary of up to £39,000 for a 40-hour week. Final salary depends on experience, overtime eligibility, and contract type.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Undertaking CFR works (4 Stage Clearance testing) with at least 2 years' experience
* Writing accurate, detailed reports adhering to industry standards and legislation
* Maintaining calibration and proper functioning of testing equipment in line with HSG264
* Recording site data accurately and storing photographic evidence
* Conducting thorough site walkthroughs and assessments focusing on safety and detail
* Becoming a Keyholder from the start date
* Ideally having CFR experience with Thermal Insulation/residues
* Willingness to work weekends, approximately 1 in every 2 weekends, with potential reduction
What We're Looking For:
* BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (essential)
* Full UK driving license
* High attention to detail and compliance commitment
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
