Removals Sales Coordinator – Tunbridge Wells

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the moving and relocation industry? Join our clients team as a Sales & Move Coordinator in the picturesque town of Tunbridge Wells. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless relocations for our clients, combining your sales acumen with meticulous coordination skills. Hybrid working (home/office) available.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their moving process.
2. Coordinate and schedule pre-move surveys to assess client needs.
3. Develop and present tailored moving plans and quotations to clients.
4. Liaise with operations teams to confirm bookings and allocate resources.
5. Manage storage accounts, including documentation and invoicing.
6. Oversee all aspects of the move via our CRM system, from acceptance to billing.
7. Prepare necessary paperwork for moving crews and manage supplier charges.
8. Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to ensure smooth operations.
9. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the move.
10. Ensure all client information is accurately recorded and updated in the CRM.
11. Monitor and meet sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
12. Stay updated on industry best practices to continually enhance service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a Move Coordinator or in a similar role within the UK moving industry.
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with clients.
4. Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
7. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Moveware, is advantageous.
