The Role
We are seeking a talented Regulatory Enforcement & Compliance Solicitor to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have experience in regulatory or criminal enforcement work and a genuine interest in building client relationships and business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Advising on regulatory investigations involving agencies such as HSE, EA, Food Standards Agency, and Trading Standards
* Supporting clients after incidents or accidents, including interviews under caution and internal investigations
* Providing compliance and risk management advice
* Handling contentious matters alongside our Commercial Disputes team, offering litigation support
* Developing market presence by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
* Collaborating across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions
About You
* Qualified solicitor (0–4 years PQE) with experience in regulatory or criminal enforcement
* Strong understanding of investigation, enforcement processes, and criminal procedure
* Interest or exposure to commercial disputes/litigation
* Excellent communication, analytical, and client care skills
* Interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a desire to build a career in regulatory law
