We are seeking a motivated IT Technician to join our client’s dedicated team, providing first and second line IT support across a cluster of schools. This is a full-time role offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact in education technology.
About the Role:
* Salary: £28,000 per annum
* Full-time, permanent position
* Car and full driving licence required (travel expenses will be paid)
* Primarily supporting schools in the Nottingham area.
* Supporting 4–5 schools as part of a wider IT team
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second line IT support via on-site visits, phone, email, and service portal.
* Support IT systems, networks, and a wide range of devices including printers, projectors, whiteboards, and wireless technologies.
* Ensure excellent customer service when managing incidents and service requests.
* Work within ITIL processes including incident, change, and service request management.
* Maintain accurate records of IT assets and configurations.
* Support evening events when required and assist with IT inductions for new staff.
* Uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times.
