Experienced Gas Safe Plumber required to carrying out reactive and planned repairs for a North Shields based council. I am looking for a skilled and dedicated gas safe plumber to work with a local council in the North Shields area. As a gas safe plumber, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of repairs in tenanted properties. Responsibilities: To perform various plumbing repairs and installations in tenanted properties. This will include carrying out tasks such as plumbing in kitchens and bathrooms and all aspects of 2nd fix maintenance. You will also be required to carry out heating installations such as radiators and associated pipework installs. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
