The Role
We are seeking an organised, analytical, and collaborative Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Slough.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading demand planning activities, managing stock requirements, and ensuring robust forecasting across frozen, ambient, and packaging products. Your work will directly support commercial decision-making, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and deliver the demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasts and continuous improvement.
2. Manage frozen, ambient, and branded packaging stock demand plans.
3. Work closely with sales, procurement, marketing, and finance teams to align forecasts with business priorities.
4. Cleanse and analyse historical sales data to produce accurate baseline demand profiles.
