Senior Project Manager Location - Stone, Staffordshire (Hybrid)Are you an experienced Project Manager within engineering?Do you enjoy taking full ownership of projects from start to finish?Looking for a role where you can lead teams and deliver critical infrastructure work?What's in it for youFantastic basic salary£7,000 car allowance10% annual bonus28 days holiday plus bank holidaysHybrid working (around 3 days in the office)Flexible start and finish timesOngoing training and development6.5% employer pension contributionLife assurance (4x annual salary)Private healthcareWhat will you be doing?Managing multiple engineering projects from inception through to deliveryEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specificationTaking full financial responsibility for project performanceLeading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teamsManaging subcontractors and external partnersOverseeing health, safety, quality and environmental standardsBuilding strong client relationships through regular updates and meetingsWhere you'll be doing itYou'll be joining a well-established engineering business working on complex projects across the UK's critical infrastructure sectors. The team delivers upgrades and modifications to control systems within highly regulated environments. You'll have a choice of working on Nuclear or T&D projects.What you'll needProven project management experience within an engineering environmentExperience delivering projects in regulated industriesStrong commercial awareness and risk management skillsStrong NEC contract experienceExperience planning and scheduling using Microsoft ProjectAbility to manage subcontractors and project budgetsStrong leadership and communication skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel when requiredWe appreciate your CV may not be up to date.
