Class 2 HGV Driver with HIAB
Location: Maryhill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 16:30
Salary: £15.52 per hour + overtime opportunities
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver with a HIAB licence to join a busy and established operation based in Maryhill.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent weekday hours, regular overtime opportunities during peak periods, and excellent rates of pay.
The Role
* Deliver building materials safely and efficiently to customers.
* Operate HIAB equipment to load and unload materials.
* Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service on delivery routes.
* Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
Requirements
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
* Valid HIAB certification and practical operating experience.
* Previous experience delivering building materials is highly desirable.
* CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach.
* Stable work history preferred.
Pay & Benefits
* Standard Rate: £15.52 per hour
* Overtime Rate: £23.28 per hour
* Monday to Friday working pattern
* Overtime available during busy periods
* Saturday work available (08:00 12:00) paid at time and a half
