We have an exciting opportunity for passionate Client Care Associate at our branch in Priors Hall and are seeking that special someone who enjoys helping people, to join our team. The hours are full-time and can be spread over 4 or 5 days. The Client Care Associates play a pivotal role within our team. They are responsible for the day to day running of our busy reception area, providing a first-class service to our clients and supporting our clinical teams. This role will not only give you the opportunity to develop your customer care skills, in addition to this, we will support and develop you with CPD programs to enhance your skills and capability as we believe in career development for all our associates. We pride ourselves in offering on-site emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We support many local pet charities and are heavily involved in the local community. What we offer: 40 hours plus 1:3 Saturdays.
