Working 20 hours per week:
Monday to Friday - 7am to 9am and 2pm to 4pm (term time only)
£13.69 per hour

Our client is seeking dedicated Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) Drivers to join their team on a temporary, part-time basis! This is an exciting opportunity to transport individuals of all ages, including those with special needs, ensuring their safe and comfortable journey to various venues across the city.

Part time Hours: Enjoy part-time work that fits your schedule while making a meaningful impact on the lives of service users. Key Responsibilities:
Drive passenger vehicles safely and professionally, adhering to road traffic laws and safety regulations.
Assist service users with boarding and alighting, ensuring comfort and safety, especially for those with mobility impairments.
Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure road-worthiness and report any defects to supervision.
Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, both inside and out, using depot facilities.
Exhibit empathy and respect for all passengers, particularly vulnerable individuals.
Complete journey run lists and ensure all passengers have vacated the vehicle at the end of each trip.
What We're Looking For:
A valid Class D Licence and a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) that is renewable every five years.
An understanding of safeguarding and welfare issues affecting service users.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer care.
Ability to operate specialist equipment, such as tail-lifts for wheelchair access.
