Health & Safety Risk Manager London Competitive Salary Benefits An exciting opportunity to join the Centre Management team within a Real Estate organisation, supporting the delivery of an industry-leading Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) and ensuring compliance with UK statutory obligations and ISO standards. This role offers a dynamic mix of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight, with hybrid working available (3 days in-office). The Health & Safety Risk Manager will be responsible for: * Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSMS, ensuring alignment with ISO45001 and ISO14001. * Managing risk registers, audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness across the centre. * Supporting the Head of Risk Management in delivering key maintenance and capital projects. * Overseeing accident/incident reporting and claims management, including investigations and insurer liaison. * Ensuring contractor compliance with permit-to-work systems and centre policies. * Partnering with Facilities Management to maintain fire safety standards and update Fire Risk Assessments. * Delivering risk management training, toolbox talks, and supporting team development. * Managing dotted line reports including the Fire Safety Manager and Risk Management Executive. The Health & Safety Risk Manager will have: * NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent). * IOSH Managing Safely certification. * Experience in health, safety, and fire safety within a retail or public-facing environment. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Proven ability to lead audits, manage risk registers, and deliver compliance strategies. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant risk management software.
