Salary from £17.40 to £20.00 per hour

As a Head Ramen Chef at Tonkotsu you will lead the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and you will assist the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurant. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience through the delivery of Omotenashi hospitality, fostering high team morale, and archiving Tonkotsu standards, values and commercial success.
