Our Front of House Manager
You'll be the heartbeat of the hotel—leading Reception,Duty and Night teams to craft seamless guest journeys from hello to homeward. You'll set standards,nurture talent,and partner with each department to deliver service that's warm,polished and unmistakably The Newt.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead,coach and care for Reception,Duty & Night teams to high performance.
* Champion SOPs,policies and compliance; keep quality consistently high.
* Oversee daily operations to deliver efficient,exceptional service.
* Recruit,train and develop colleagues; conduct reviews and coaching.
* Collaborate across departments for a smooth,cohesive guest experience.
* Safeguard guest data and enforce parameters,policies & cancellations.
* Live our estate values; communicate expectations with clarity and pride.
* Take scheduled Duty Management shifts as part of the leadership team.

What we're looking for
* A natural,motivational leader who builds rapport with guests & teams.
* High attention to detail with a passion for service excellence.
* Strategic,solutions-focused and calm under pressure; collaborative style.
* Strong communicator with excellent time management & organisation.
* Proven luxury hotel managerial experience
* Confident with hotel operations; Opera (Oracle) PMS experience a plus.
* Flexible,proactive and eager to curate bespoke guest experiences.
* Local knowledge and/or relevant hospitality qualifications desirable.
