Overview
In this role, you'll be the hero for students who need a little extra help. You'll work closely with small groups and individual students, guided by the class teacher. It's all about creating a supportive and dynamic learning environment where every student can thrive.
Responsibilities
* Will be able to provide one-to-one, small group and in-class support for students, under the direction of the class teacher and Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator.
* Will be confident and empathetic working with students who have a range of support needs, which can include physical, learning, emotional and behavioural needs.
* Will have good literacy, numeracy and interpersonal skills and have experience of supporting and working with students with a range of additional learning needs.
* Has suitable experience of working in a school environment with students and possesses an understanding of the importance of safeguarding children in a school setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
