You’ll provide vital support to our customers overnight, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing. What you’ll do * Support customers (65+) with daily living tasks, promoting independence and personal goals. * Provide tailored support with personal care, mobility, meals, household tasks, and medication. * Help with shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving to independent accommodation where possible. * Support customers to attend appointments, hobbies, college, or work. * Complete risk assessments, support plans, goal setting, and reviews.
