* Set up cases on systems.

* Handling low value claims from inception to conclusion.
* Speaking to new clients, taking full instructions in relation to road traffic accident claims, assessing liability.
* Submitting claims on the online Official Injury Claim Portal.
* Managing a caseload under the supervision of qualified solicitors.
* Maintaining regular communication with clients, updating them on case progression.
* Instructing medical experts, valuing claims, and negotiating settlements.
* Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and protocols.
* Meeting performance targets and contributing to the firm's success.
* Issuing court proceedings and other aspects of litigation.
