The role
As Security Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, delivery, and completion of security projects across London. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications while ensuring all work meets industry standards and company quality expectations. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to high-value, high-profile projects.
Key responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver security projects including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and client communications
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Conduct risk assessments, create project documentation, and maintain compliance with industry regulations
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Drive continuous improvement in processes and project management standards
What we're looking for
Proven experience managing security or fire and security projects
Strong knowledge of intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
