You'll be the first point of contact for our employees and managers, providing the friendly, expert support that defines our culture. From coordinating seamless HR transactions to championing data compliance, you'll work across our Advisory and Service Centre teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service. The role will focus on supporting TUPE initiatives, focusing on the administrative and compliance frameworks that make transitions successful. We are looking for an engaging communicator who balances exceptional customer service with a sharp eye for detail and a drive to help the wider team succeed. Your Responsibilities: You'll be at the heart of our HR operations, balancing day-to-day excellence with specialist project support: Front-Line Advisory Support: Act as the primary point of contact for HR queries, providing friendly, accurate advice on policies and the employee lifecycle. TUPE Champion: You'll lead the administrative side of TUPE moves, from reviewing ELI data and cross-referencing contracts to issuing measure letters and managing the onboarding/offboarding of transferring teams. Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain our HRIS with accuracy, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance are always top of mind. Operational Excellence : Manage service tickets within SLAs, while proactively identifying ways to improve our workflows and knowledge bases. Compliance Lead: Handle DBS and Right to Work checks, ensuring every new joiner is ready to hit the ground running. The Right Person: You'll have worked in HR administration and understand the rhythm of the employee lifecycle. You have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and can write clear, engaging emails. You have a high level of accuracy and don't let small errors slip through the cracks. You're organised, can prioritise a busy inbox, and don't get flustered when things move quickly. Experience with HRIS platforms and ticketing systems, and previous exposure to TUPE processes, is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person!
