As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator at our head office, Cowick Hall, in East Yorkshire on a temporary, fixed-term contract until September 2026.

You will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Export Customer Relationship Team.

1. You will have excellent communication skills, capable of building effective working relationships and working well as part of a team.
2. You must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure work is produced to a high standard and communications and arrangements are accurate.
3. Good planning and organisation skills are required
4. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths at grades C or above
5. Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
6. SAP user experience (desirable but not essential)
7. RSA/NVQ/Admin Qualification preferable (desirable but not essential)


What You’ll Be Doing:

8. Taking responsibility for booking orders for free of charge product samples to external and internal customers
9. Liaising with manufacturing sites/warehouses to obtain information relating to sample stock availability and sample order tracking details
10. Extracting and distributing reports from the SAP system
11. Monitoring a shared inbox, and distributing work to other team members
12. Other ad-hoc duties as required, to facilitate the work of the Customer Relationship Coordinators
