Milk Education are recruiting for purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistants to join our partner Primary Schools across Chester!
You’ll be joining a supportive school who are dedicated to providing quality education in a safe, secure and happy learning environment.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
* Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
* Delivering catch-up sessions
* Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
* Working with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
Essential Qualifications:
* Must have recent and relevant experience working with children
* Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
* Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
