To support this next chapter, they are seeking a Commercial Director, a senior, hands-on leader who can build scalable revenue streams while protecting the integrity, creativity and impact of the brand. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will take ownership of the organisation's commercial performance end-to-end. While creative teams focus on delivering exceptional experiences, you will be responsible for building a robust, sustainable and data-led commercial operation. This is a broad role within an early-stage, high-growth environment. You will be involved in direct sales from day one, while also building and leading teams across Sales, Marketing and Membership. Acting as the link between creativity and commercial rigour, you will ensure growth is achieved without diluting the brand. Key Responsibilities Own and optimise all revenue streams including ticketing, VIP experiences, memberships and food & beverage Lead private hire, corporate events, partnerships and brand activations aligned to a premium, immersive proposition Implement and manage CRM and data systems to understand guest behaviour, improve retention and enhance the customer journey Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, sponsors and partners to secure best-in-class commercial terms Define and deliver the membership strategy, overseeing acquisition, conversion, retention and lifetime value Build scalable commercial processes, pricing strategies and sales frameworks to support ongoing growth About You 5 years' experience in a senior commercial role within premium hospitality, nightlife, live events or experience-led businesses Proven experience managing or scaling membership or loyalty-based models Strong background in marketing, digital strategy and CRM, with a data-driven mindset Comfortable building revenue frameworks, sales processes and SOPs within creative environments Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach Experienced leader with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
