Site Agent – Major Infrastructure Project Contract : 6 month (with potential to be extend beyond project dependent) Sector: Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / Aviation Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience Overview: We are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a high-performing team delivering a major aviation infrastructure programme. This role sits within the enabling works package for a major baggage systems upgrade (part of a multi-phase programme). Working as a Site Agent, you'll be contributing to one of the UK’s most complex and high-profile live airport construction environments. This Site Agent role is a key role supporting both design and delivery across enabling works, demolitions, and civils interfaces in a safety-critical setting. You will act as a crucial interface between design, delivery, commercial and stakeholder teams, with full ownership of work package planning and delivery. Project Scope Includes: * Construction of a new Baggage Recovery Facility (BRF) * Tug charging, GSE and arrivals call-forward parking relocations * Leak surveys and remedials in Basement-level infrastructure works * Complex demolition works Key Responsibilities as a Site Agent: * Lead and coordinate all stages of the project lifecycle, from early investigations through to handover * Manage design development and ensure alignment with airport engineering standards and statutory requirements * Oversee procurement and subcontractor delivery, managing cost and commercial performance of packages * Lead short-term planning in alignment with the master programme (P6), ensuring progress against milestones * Drive compliance with quality, safety, RAMS, permits, and Heathrow-specific procedures * Interface with internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals, access and buy-in * Coach and develop engineers and supervise site teams to deliver safely, efficiently, and to specification * Manage and coordinate day and night shift working, where required Requirements: Essential: * Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience * Strong site delivery experience across civils or M&E-heavy infrastructure projects * Package management experience, including programming and commercial oversight * Experience working under NEC contracts * Ability to lead engineering teams and supervise supply chain partners * Familiar with permit control and assurance processes in complex environments * Strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and safe delivery Desirable experience as a Site Agent: * Previous experience working within a live airport environment * Knowledge of demolition sequencing and associated safety procedures * SMSTS, CSCS, full UK driving licence What’s in it for you? * Long-term opportunity on a prestigious project * Work with a highly respected Tier 1 contractor * Collaborative, “one team” environment with a strong safety culture * Future opportunities to support other phases of this multi-year programme Full Circle Technical is acting as an employment business and agency.
