The Role This position sits within a top-ranked Real Estate department, offering exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. The team advises a diverse client base including national contractors, developers, manufacturers, and education providers, and is currently engaged on several high-value disputes and complex infrastructure projects. While a blend of contentious and non-contentious experience is ideal, the firm is open to candidates with a strong background in either discipline. The work includes: Advising on adjudication, arbitration, and TCC litigation Handling disputes involving payment issues, professional negligence, delay, and defects Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and ancillary documentation Providing strategic project advice across the construction lifecycle The Team & Culture You'll be joining a collegiate and forward-thinking team that values technical excellence and commercial insight.
