FRAZER (part of STARK) is a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure & utilities products and solutions, and is on the hunt for a National Account Manager to work with our clients within the South East of England.
Location: This role will involve regular travel to our clients within the South East of England .
Key responsibilities:
* Work closely with the National Account Director to shape and evolve our sales strategy and value proposition across the business.
* Develop trusted relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to deliver outstanding service and drive growth.
* The National Accounts you will manage will mostly be made up of construction contractors or house builders.
* Understand customer needs deeply and identify opportunities to enhance our products and services.
* Use data analysis to monitor business performance and uncover ways to improve results.
* Identify and pursue opportunities with new, lapsed, or dormant customers through .
Skills and experience required :
* Full UK Driving license .
* E xperience managing regional or national customer accounts .
* Previous experience within a builder's merchant or with building materials, is preferred.
* Experience working within sales and account management .
* Ability to think 'customer first' at all times and translate a customer proposition into tangible plans through influencing and engaging is essential .
* A good understanding of digital sales tools and systems .
* A bility to think strategically and translate into actions .
* Strong relationship management and networking skills .
* Ability to influence and Negotiate at all levels .
