Job Description
The Commercial Litigation Partner will be:
3. Managing and developing the Leeds commercial litigation team
4. Building, maintaining and growing a personal client portfolio
5. Acting on high-value, complex commercial litigation matters
6. Driving business development initiatives and networking to bring in new work and clients.
7. Mentoring, developing and supervising senior associates and fee earners within the team to deliver top-quality client service.
8. Partnering with other practice areas and offices to deliver cross-disciplinary, national and international dispute resolution solutions.
9. Ensuring excellent client service, profitable matters and strong team performance metrics.
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Litigation Partner should be:
10. A Legal Director or Partner with their own contacts
11. Proven track record of managing a team and bringing in and managing significant clients and high value matters.
12. Strong experience in high-value commercial disputes across sectors such as retail, technology and the public sector.
13. Commercially minded, with excellent business development skills and the ability to build and develop client relationships.
