We’re hiring a Head of UGC to build and scale the content engine behind one of the fastest-growing ecom brands in the UK.
The role:
* Build and manage a high-quality UGC creator network
* Source, onboard, and develop creators who can produce performance-driven content
* Own the end-to-end UGC pipeline (brief → creator → delivery → editor)
* Ensure content is delivered on-brief, on-time, and built for conversion
* Work closely with the Creative Strategist to bring weekly ad concepts to life
* Write scripts and guide creators to hit high-performing hooks and formats
* Manage and grow our affiliate and creator ecosystem
* Drive revenue through affiliate outreach and incentivisation
What we are looking for:
* Experience working with UGC creators or influencer networks
* Strong understanding of direct response marketing (not just organic content)
* Ability to identify what makes content convert, not just look good
* Highly organised you can manage multiple creators and deadlines at once
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
* Proactive you don’t wait for instructions, you build systems
