We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school community from September for a long-term role.About the Role:As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
* Assist in creating an engaging, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
* Contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.

* Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
