Relief Chef Manager
Location: Yorkshire, Humber & Lincolnshire
Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and evening shifts as required.
40 hours per week.
Salary: £31,200 plus fuel allowance (driving licence and own car required).

* Stepping into kitchen leadership roles across various locations as needed.

* Managing stock, budgets, and compliance requirements.

Job Responsibilities
* Provide temporary cover as Chef Manager across various locations as required.
* Lead and support kitchen teams to deliver consistent, high-quality food and service.
* Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen in the absence of the permanent manager.
* Ensure all food safety, health & hygiene, and compliance standards are met at all times.
* Manage stock control, ordering, and budget adherence.
* Maintain excellent presentation and customer satisfaction standards.
* Step in quickly and effectively to ensure continuity of service during short-notice cover.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Chef Manager or in a senior chef position.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
* Full UK driving licence.
