As an experienced Field Sales Executive, you will be able to confidently adapt to a varied customer base to suit each individual customer. You will maximise every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales and furthering relationships with existing customers.
Your Role:
As a Field Sales Executive, your main focus will be to generate appointments and prospect new opportunities to drive sales in a target-driven environment. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Find and qualify potential leads, then plan, book, and attend customer meetings
Plan strategically, forecast, and price major works, including negotiating prices for repeat projects
Stay up to date with market trends and opportunities
Work closely with other departments within the business and the wider Group
Manage accounts, building relationships with both new and existing clients
Keep the customer database up-to-date
Experience needed:
At least 2 years of experience in direct or B2B sales
Background in industrial services (coatings, steel, fabrication, logistics, fixings, etc.)
Outgoing and confident building relationships with customers
Motivated by hitting targets
Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
