About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and maximising profitability through the sale of finance, insurance, and add‑on products.
Key Responsibilities
* Building and presenting tailored finance packages to customers
* Ensuring full compliance with FCA and insurance regulations
* Supporting the sales team through the ActiveSales process
* Driving performance against departmental targets
* Maximising sales of finance, warranty, GAP, paint protection, and insurance products
* Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase journey
* Supporting both new and used vehicle sales
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Business Manager/Transaction Manager/Sales Manager within automotive (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and compliance
* Proven ability to influence, negotiate and close deals
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* A proactive, target‑driven attitude with the ability to perform under pressure
* A full UK driving licence
