Housing Advisor x 2 - 6 months fixed term contractLocation: Teddington with flexibilitySalary: £39,092 per annumWho we’re looking for We’re looking for a Housing Advisor to take on all aspects of housing management, including antisocial behaviour (ASB), managing complex customer cases, and consistently delivering an excellent service to support our customers and keep them safe.A typical day for you would include investigating and resolving housing management and ASB cases, representing RHP at multi-agency case reviews, working with our legal partners, and representing RHP in court.You’ll have experience in a similar role, managing all aspects of housing-related cases including ASB, and will be able to deal confidently with challenging behaviour and situations. With an obsession for detail and getting things right, you’ll be self-motivated, taking ownership to resolve cases.
